- My mom passed away in 2024 and I was responsible to sell her rental property in the North Phoenix area on behalf of her trust. Tim Tiller contacted me and suggested that allowing our tenant to remain in the property and selling to an investor might be a good strategy. However, the tenant decided to move out. I do not live in Arizona; Tim coordinated having the painters and other contractors complete the necessary repairs. He was very helpful, responsive, and returned my calls and texts in a timely manner. He was able to quickly have my property listed and closed within a short period of time.
